EID Exchange Policy for Summer Lawn & Embroidery Collections
Share any issues or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery. Late requests won't be accepted. Note: Exchanges process after Eid—thanks for your patience!
- Valid exchange window: 7 days from delivery for online purchases.
- Quick check tip: Inspect your parcel on arrival. Report missing items, wrong products, defects, or issues within 24-48 hours via email or WhatsApp. No complaints accepted after that.
Qualified for exchange (Ezel women's clothing only if):
- Unused with tags intact.
- Original packaging and invoice included.
- Valid reason: defect, wrong size, or wrong item.
If you just don't like the fit or size, you'll cover return shipping (we'll share the address).
Not eligible for exchange:
- Stitched unstitched fabric.
- Sale or discount items (unless damaged/faulty—may take longer).

No cash refunds. We'll issue a store coupon of equal value for immediate or future use on Ezel Summer Lawn Collection or embroidery suits (check coupon terms).
Order Cancellation
- Cancel paid orders within 24 hours via email, WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook.
- After 24 hours, orders process and ship—no cancellations or refunds.
